DESCRIPTION Unikzyme G13 enzyme is a concentrated glucoamylase derived from a strain of Aspergillus niger. Typical application areas for Unikzyme G13 include alcohol, distillate spirits, brewing, organic acid, sugar and the glycation of antifiotic industrial material. Effect of pH Unikzyme G13 is active over a wide rang between pH3.5-5.5, and the optimum pH is between pH4.0-5.5. Effect of Temperature The activity of Unikzyme G13 is effective in a range of 45- 65°C, with an optimum performance at 58-65°C.
