DESCRIPTION 1.Unikzyme BGL is a glucanase derived from a strain of Trichoderma reesei. 2.Typical application areas for Unikzyme BGL include brewing, fruit juice production and wine,production, as well as the industrial processing which needs the digestion of plant material. TYPICAL CHARACTERISTICS 1.Effect of pH Unikzyme BGL is active over a wide rang between pH3.6-6.5, and the optimum pH is 5.5. 2.Effect of Temperature The activity of Unikzyme BGL is effective in a range of 50- 75°C, with an optimum performance at 65°C BENEFITS 1.High activity, small dosage. 2.Significant decrease of beta–glucans. 3.Increase in extract yield. DOSAGE Brewing: 0.005-0.02% (w/w on malt) STORAGE Store at 4-10°C, in unopened and sealed original containers. PACKAGING Available in 25kg containers. Other package sizes are available upon request.
