DESCRIPTION Unikzyme PE is pectinase derived from the strain of Aspergillus nigeri, which finds application in the fruit and vegetable processing industry. Microbiological Specifications 1.Effect of pH Unikzyme PE is active over a wide rang between pH2.0-5.0. 2.Effect of Temperature The activity of Unikzyme PE is effective in a range of 15- 55°C, with an optimum performance at 50°C.
